Cait’s Workout Plan
1) Wake up, eat a Luna bar, and watch My Little Pony
2) Pump up with meaningful awesome tunes and go for a run/jog/walk.
3) Once back, do a series of sit-ups, wall push-ups, and planks. Whatever other burning exercises you want.
4) Cool down with water. And coffee because you need caffeine.
If you can do all this while on antibiotics and survive, you are 20% more healthy. (and cooler).
And finally go clean the kitchen. Because you’re a woman and stuff.
